Is this legit?

Let’s cut to the chase, there are many scams and scam artists preying on people who are just trying to support their goals, we DO NOT do that here. Cameli Solutions is dedicated to providing access to opportunities which support self-sufficiency and time ownership. Clients serviced are in need of dedicated, friendly, problem-solving agents to interface with their valued customers, in return, agents are compensated at an agreed upon rate of pay. 

Is this a job?

No. This an opportunity to join a network of at-home Customer Service Agents. Agents are classified as Independent Contractors, required to complete and submit a Form W-9 once certified to begin servicing and will receive a Form 1099-NEC for tax purposes on or before January 31st of the following calendar year the agent earned revenue paid by Cameli Solutions.

How will I be paid?

Our valued agents are paid via Direct Deposit twice per month. Upon completion of onboarding, an annual pay schedule will be provided.

Will I be eligible for health insurance and other benefits?

No, remember, our Agents are Independent Contractors and are therefore ineligible for benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, 401k, and income tax withholding through Cameli Solutions. For more information about the differences between an Independent Contractor and Employee, click here.

How do I get started?

First, make the decision and commit to working from home

Second, follow this link to register on the platform

Select Cameli Solutions as your IBO (Call Center ID: 206432) and if referred by a friend, be sure to get their CSP ID to list as your Referral Source prior to completing the registration process. 

Third, complete background check and consents, then check your system compatibility with the Arise platform

Next, complete the Assessment (in a quiet environment preferably with a headset) to be matched to opportunities based on your preferences and skill sets.

How can I find out what companies are available to service?

Upon background clearance, Agents will have access to current client opportunities, special equipment requirements (if applicable), and the types of calls Agents will be taking (i.e. inbound sales, customer service, billing, product support). 

How much can I make?

Earnings typically range from $10/hr - $20/hr and is contingent upon the client being serviced and Agent performance. 

What are the equipment requirements?

High speed internet, USB headset (before the first day of Certification course), an extra monitor (dual monitors), and a computer that meets minimum specifications. 

Note: Some clients may require a landline (“house”) phone. Mobile devices may not be used to service. Computer must also be hardwired to a modem; hot spots are not acceptable.

Do I have to pay anything?

Only if you do not have an existing home office set-up. However, don’t fret, these costs will be considered business expenses which will be covered during onboarding.

How can I be a successful Agent?

Smile! Be an active participant in your certification courses, in other words…ask questions. Service the shifts you schedule, things happen for sure, but be intentional about starting and ending your shifts on time. Be prepared to log-in to all systems 15-minutes prior to scheduled shift start time. Last, but certainly not least, reach out as soon as an issue or problem arises; no need to try to figure it out on your own, we are a team and will support our agents through any and all challenges.
